How it works

This sauna blanket uses far infrared light—a gentle, deeply penetrating heat that warms the body from the inside out. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared therapy targets your core temperature to encourage a deep, cleansing sweat without feeling overwhelmingly hot.

The blanket also contains layers of healing materials:

• Amethyst and Tourmaline to amplify infrared heat and promote calming negative ions

• Charcoal and Clay to bind to environmental toxins and support detoxification

• Magnetic layers to further support circulation and energetic balance

You’ll rest inside the blanket for up to 45 minutes, supported by grounding sound or silence, while your body naturally releases stress and stagnation.

We provide soft, natural fiber towels for comfort and cleanliness, it is recommended to where light clothing and socks during your sauna. You will leave feeling lighter, brighter, and deeply reset.
