How big are the classes?
M8 classes are compared to Semi Private Sessions with either 4 participants for Reformer classes and 6 for Mat/Springboard classes, allowing for personalized instruction tailored to your needs and goals. This ensures you get the benefits and support of a small group
What is included in the M8 Membership?
Our memberships include discounted rates for our classes and sessions, wellness services and Sirena’s shop items, and access to member perks like complimentary teas and priority booking / enrollment for sessions and workshops.
Can I drop in for a class or treatment?
Yes! We offer drop in rates for both classes and wellness treatments. However space is limited, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Do you offer packages for non members?
Yes, we have class packs and wellness service bundles that provide discounted rates, Check our our pricing page for more details
What other wellness services do you offer?
As a partner with Sirena’s Monterey we also offer Bemer Therapy, Infrared Sauna Sessions, Ion Detox Foot Baths, Restorative Bodywork, Wellness Workshops and additional classes for meditation, breathwork, and yoga. The Sirena’s Cafe also offers select teas, tinctures, adaptogen drinks and juices. These services are designed to complement your movement practice and support overall wellness
How do I book or combine services?
You can easily book through our schedule app ClassFit or through our site in the class calendar. Members can log in to access and manage bookings directly through the ClassFit app
Combining services is a great way to compliment your experience - book a class, add a treatment, grab a wellness juice shot
What is BEMER therapy?
BEMER therapy uses electromagnetic fields to stimulate circulation, promote relaxation, and support cellular recovery. It’s a quick, non invasive treatment that pairs well with other wellness services like a class or foot detox.
