I’m Stephanie Aubuchon Fernandez, founder of M8 Wellness and creator of The M8 Method of Movement. My passion for movement, wellness, and healing is rooted in a lifelong journey of exploring how the body works and how it can be empowered to move better, feel better, and thrive.
With years of experience as a professional Ballet dancer, and 25 years teaching Pilates, yoga breathwork, myofascial therapy, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, I’ve developed a unique approach that’s not just about exercise but about holistic well-being.
The M8 Method integrates these disciplines to create a movement experience that’s both transformative and healing.
Why the M8 Method? The M8 Method was born from my belief that everyone’s body has the potential to move with ease and strength—regardless of limitations, pain, or previous experience. I created this method to empower individuals to find balance in their physical, mental, and emotional health through movement. I believe movement is medicine, and through personalized guidance and a mindful approach, the M8 Method helps clients unlock their full potential.
Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, overcome injury, manage chronic pain, or simply enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to support you on your journey. At M8 Wellness,it’s about cultivating a lifestyle that nurtures both the body and mind, allowing you to thrive in every aspect of your life.
