M8 Method Pilates Classes

  • Foundations - Pilates Beginner

    This is a wonderful class to start and often the ideal class for many. Foundations creates the environment allowing clients to focus on form and breath. Utilizing the M8 studio tools of Pilates Reformer, Springboard, Mat and small apparatus, the Foundations class combines strength with flexibility, breath and circulation, posture and balance. Foundations will sequence the body through full ranges of motion and challenge your core muscles to find stability.

  • Integrated - Pilates Intermediate

    Integrated is our All Levels Class. Utilizing the Pilates studio apparatus and props, this class is designed for clients with some previous studio experience, and the ability to move without (much) pain. This class sequences through a full body repertoire designed by our skillful instructors, to enhance strength, flexibility, and progress from foundational skills into coordination, balance and synergy of movement. Ideal for intermediate clients, conditioned athletes, and clients looking to progress their experience.

  • Elevated - Pilates Advanced

    Elevate your practice with our advanced M8 class, designed for seasoned practitioners seeking a dynamic challenge. Elevated M8 pushes boundaries with innovative sequences, increased intensity, and a focus on advanced Pilates techniques to build strength, endurance, and precision.

    In this class, you’ll explore more complex movements, faster transitions, and deeper mind-body connections. With only four participants, our instructors provide expert guidance to ensure you stay challenged while maintaining proper alignment and technique.

  • Synergy - Yoga/Pilates Flow

    Synergy is the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This unique class combines the core-focused precision of Pilates with the support and variety of alternative apparatus like the Springboard, seamlessly integrated with the fluidity and grounding breathwork of yoga flow. Designed to enhance alignment, mobility, and balance, Synergy offers a full-body experience that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and rejuvenated. Perfect for all levels, this class harmonizes movement and mindfulness for a truly transformative practice.

  • Restore - Slow Flow

    Restore is a slow, mindful class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the mind. Through breath-focused stretching, gentle myofascial release techniques, and restful mat work, this class promotes deep relaxation and physical renewal. Perfect for recovery days or as a soothing reset, Restore helps you reconnect with your body while enhancing flexibility and overall well-being. Ideal for all levels.

  • M8 Express

    Designed for those seeking an efficient yet impactful workout, our 45-minute Express Classes combine the best of Pilates, breathwork, and functional movement. Each class is centered around a unique theme to target specific goals while offering variety and excitement. Expect a dynamic mix of Pilates suspension for core and strength, Kundalini-inspired breathwork for energy, mat Pilates for precision, and Pilates jump board for a cardio boost.

  • I’m very pleased with M8 wellness. Good instructors and flexible scheduling. I’m in much better shape with lower back after Pilates. I had a back surgery and then few years later my back had ruptured when I helped patients during my shift. My chronic back pain was out of control with pain meds before Pilates but now I can go back to my job ICU RN. I still feel my back is sore and stiff after my shifts but Pilates help me to set in good condition. So happy to know Stephanie and Pablo in M8 wellness.

  • M8 has been the best support for my MS that I could hope for! Much better than PT. The studio is lovely, clean and welcoming. Stephanie and Pablo know (and love) Pilates, and always have an adaptation available for me if my body can’t do the original position.
