Whether you are looking to enhance your strength, flexibility, or overall well being, these sessions are designed to help you thrive.

With a focused group, instructors offer personalized adjustments and modifications to ensure you are performing movement safely and effectively. It’s the best of both worlds - group energy with individualized, focused attention.

Semi private sessions offer a more affordable option than private sessions, making high-quality, tailored instruction more accessible without compromising on the benefits of the M8 Method.
Since Semi private sessions are based on enrollment, they are not available for drop in options.
Enroll in the schedule that fits best for you! We recommend twice a week but once or more is customizable as well.

Therapeutic
Our Therapeutic Sessions are designed to move at a slower pace, and with additional support, allowing your body to focus on form and find ease within movement. Utilizing the Pilates Reformer and many props to support the weight of the body, so that alignment is more desirably achieved. Clients with special physical conditions are welcome to join this session and individual modifications are made for special restrictions. Although therapeutic, these sessions strengthens the muscles with special emphasis on the core, and enhances flexibility required for better posture.
Synergy
The Synergy session combines Pilates Movement and form with Yoga breathwork, Asana and Meditation. These sessions move with intention of planetary cycles and moon moods.
Synergy sessions requre a commitment to Self and Self mastery. Through exploring healing and challenging breath, understanding mudra, and developing a focused mind, these sessions lead us to a more expanded awareness of ourself within the universe.
Elevated
Our Elevated sessions require experience. Elevated movement develops once the M8 Method is embodied and understood.
Elevated sessions open the body to challenges that enhance mastery of movement through ease and flow. Often seeking a freedom vs. the support from the apparatus, this session leans on already established flexibility, core strength, balance and awareness.
Elevated Semi Private Sessions are by invitation only.

Our semi private sessions, with only 4 participants per class, allow our instructors to provide hands on guidance, individual modifications, and tailored feedback, ensuring each move is perfectly aligned with your goals and abilities.
