Our Spring Equinox event is happening on Tuesday March 19 from 5;30pm.

Move your body into balance with yoga, pilates, and qigong, we will practice for about 90 min combining movement, breath, and meditation. Then enjoy some delightful Spring treats while we celebrate rebirth and a season ahead as a healthy community.

Restore and Revive

Back from New Zealand, Erica will be teaching classes starting September but we are also eager to invite you to her Fascia Yin Workshop.

Saturday September 16

1pm - 2:30pm

In this workshop series, we will begin with Myo-fascial
release with the foam rollers and massage ball. After we will have a traditional yin yoga class. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga
where postures are held for several minutes at a time, so you can
access deep tissues, such as the connective tissue and the fascia.
Many of the postures focus on areas that involve joints such as the hips
and shoulders.
