Fall into Balance
Our Fall Equinox event is happening on Sunday 9.24 from 3pm.
Move your body into balance with yoga, pilates, and qigong, we will practice for about 90 min combining movement, breath, and meditation. Then enjoy some delightful fall libations and treats while we set intentions for the Fall season ahead as a healthy community.
